I would highly recommend Linda to anyone looks to purchase or sell their home. Linda helped us on both accounts from 2013-2015. In 2013 Linda helped us buy our home. She helped us negotiate the deal and we were able to save thousands off of the original listing price. In 2015 we needed to relocate to another state for work and we listed our home with Linda. Linda was great to work with. In real estate world often marred by lies, deceit, and agents that are just out to “make a buck,” Linda and her team stand out. I have had bad experiences in the past with even agents that I considered close friends as they threw around canned lines designed to get a deal, despite it being against my interests.
